In exceptional conditions the RYA Sailing Team here at Barcelona Sailing School kept the RYA Sailing Courses going through one of the Costa Brava's worst snow conditions on record. Some 250,000 homes and businesses were without power and water. Snow 3-4 feet thick blocked many roads. The students switched hastily into our classrooms and the show went on with RYA Coastal Skipper Theory, and a hastily organised RYA SRC VHF Course.
