RYA/MCA Yachtmaster James has passed his RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Assessment here in Barcelona and will shortly be qualified to Skipper Yachts up to 200gt. The Yachtmaster Exam started at 0100 this morning and finished at 1600 sailing out of Port D'aro. A fairly intensive assessment delivered by a RYA Examiner put James through his paces. Well done from everyone here, all the staff and RYA Instructors. All James needs now to work Professionally in the Sailing Industry is attend a 1 Day Sea Survival Course and undergo either medical ML5 or ENG 1. James has been at Barcelona Sailing School for the last 7 weeks and now.........well it's back to the farm in the UK for the harvest!
